At Optiview Security, we take your safety seriously. By using our products and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure fair use, proper installation, and ongoing protection for both our clients and our business.
Service Scope & Responsibilities
Our services include but are not limited to:

Surveillance camera installation

Access control systems

Home theater and surround sound setup

TV mounting and projector installs

Low-voltage wiring for residential and commercial use
We commit to delivering clean, professional installations using properly sourced equipment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information prior to installation.
Warranty & Support

Most equipment we install includes a manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–3 years).

Labor warranties cover workmanship for 12 months unless otherwise specified.

Ongoing support may require an active Smart Shield Service Plan for priority access or discounted service.
Ownership & Usage
All installed equipment becomes the client’s property upon full payment. Unauthorized tampering or third-party modification may void any warranty or support guarantees.
Payment & Billing

A deposit may be required to secure scheduling or equipment orders.

Remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Service plans (like Smart Shield) are billed monthly and may be canceled with written notice.
Changes & Cancellation
You may request changes to the scope of work at any time before installation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
